3 Drills That Add Distance Without Hurting Your Back
Distance doesn’t come from swinging harder — it comes from moving better.
Here are 3 drills that loosen your hips, add rotation, and give you power without pain:
1. Wall Rotations — Stand against a wall, arms out, and rotate your upper body while keeping your lower half still.
2. Hip Rocks — On all fours, gently rock your hips back and forth to open up your lower back.
3. Medicine Ball Turns (No Ball?) — Hold a pillow and rotate side-to-side like you’re swinging.
Try these 3x a week before playing. You’ll feel looser — and hit it farther.
